Among those in attendance were (left to right) Karen Krok, Christine Beckley, Roberta Sobeski, Laura Ebert, Frank Bjorkman, Ian Beckley and Sandy Bjorkman. Jimmy (who is a Bay Cliff Health Camp camper) and Grandpa Tim Bennett had a great time at the annual Knights of Colum- bus Council 689 "Tootsie Roll Drive." Bennett said, "Cars were driving up, rolling down their window and stuffing large bills in Jimmy's canister. I have been volunteering for the drive for 40 some years and I have never seen the likes of it. I was proud of Jimmy. He told me he wanted to be there so he could help other children." Council 689 in Marquette donated $1,486 of funds raised to Bay Cliff. Other recent donations by the council include $2,048 to Care Clinic of Mar- quette raised through an annual spaghetti dinner and $4,455 to Special Olympics raised through the annual Softball in the Dome event.
