Gill - Funeral Directors www.beaulieufuneralhome.com Sister Patricia McGrath Sister Patricia McGrath, 90, formerly known as Sister Ann Maureen McGrath, died at the Do- minican Life Center in Adrian, Mich. on Aug. 29, 2015. She was in her 73rd year of her religious profession. Sister McGrath was born in Royal Oak, Mich. to John and G e n e v i e v e (Kuntz) Mc- Grath. She grad- uated from St. Joseph Acad- emy in Adrian, and received a bachelor of phi- losophy degree in history from Siena Heights College (University) in Adrian. She spent 39 years minister- ing in education in Michigan, including three years (1966- 69) at Sacred Heart in Munis- ing. Along with working in education for 39 years, she was the manager of the drapery de- partment at the Motherhouse for 14 years. In 2001, she be- came a resident of the Domini- can Life Center. She is survived by one sister, Kae Brennan of Laudon, Tenn.; and one brother, Thomas McGrath of Prudenville, Mich.; and loving nieces and nephews A funeral Mass took place on Sept. 2 at the St. Catherine Chapel, with burial at the congregation cemetery. All decorations, tributes, flowers (natural and artificial), pots, baskets and wreaths should be removed by families by October 1st. Articles not removed by this time will be disposed of by Cemetery personnel. Families may leave a shepherd's hook but should remove the arrangement. Christmas Wreaths may be placed after November 15th. We appreciate your assistance.
