Memorare to Saint Joseph
Remember, O most chaste spouse of the Virgin Mary, that never was it known that any- one who implored your help and sought your inter- cession were left unassisted. Full of confidence in your power I fly unto you and beg your protection. Despise not O Guardian of the Redeemer my humble supplication, but in your bounty, hear and answer me. Amen.

Catholic Social Services of the U.P. (CSSUP) is proud to announce the opening of a womens recovery house in Escanaba. The facility will begin serving the UP much like CSSUPs current mens recovery houses located in Iron Mountain and Escanaba. After many months of working to ind a home to serve as a Women's Recovery House, CSSUP in collaboration with Bethany Lutheran Evangelical Church in Escanaba, has opened a Women's Recovery House at the parsonage of Bethany Lutheran Evangelical Church located at 210 S. 11th St. in Escanaba. The vision is now a reality. The Women's Recovery House can now begin its mission of serving women who are in recovery. By providing a safe, lovinghomeenvironmentwomencanbecomeself-sicient, improve their wellbeing and to encourage positive loving relationships. Upon successful completion of the program, women will have a greater ability to care for themselves, their families and to live more fulfilling quality of life based on sobriety, truth and love. A grand opening and blessing ceremony will take place on Thursday, April 21, at 2 p.m. with Bishop John Doerfler and Bishop Katherine Finegan iciating the blessing.
